"Le Point Sur" (Focus On) operational oceanography and the GMES project : MyOcean

The General Commissariat for Sustainable Developement (under the Ministry of Ecology/Sustainable Development/ Transport and Housing) has dedicated the latest issue of its series " Le point Sur" ( Focus on) to the European Operational Oceanography Service under implementation in the GMES Programme framework, with the Mercator Océan coordination.

The publication describes the issues and the outlook of this future European Ocean Monitoring and Forecasting service and the leading role of Mercator Océan.
