La lettre trimestrielle scientifique est publiée éléctroniquement 4 fois par an, en janvier, avril, juillet et octobre. Elle est un forum pour la circulation des idées et des résultats de recherche parmi la communauté scientifique concernée par l'océanographie opérationnelle. C'est un journal scientifique s'adressant à des spécialistes.
